Fluid Bed Dryer
The Lab Fluid Bed Dryer is specially designed for quality control, sample preparation, and R&D applications in pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial laboratories. It provides gentle and uniform drying of coarse, fine, crystalline, fibrous, and temperature-sensitive materials without localized overheating.
The powerful blower ensures optimal air circulation for efficient fluidization, resulting in faster drying times and improved mixing. Temperature, drying time, and air volume can be continuously adjusted through PLC & HMI controls for precise process operation.
